Day 5



End of Week 1! Every Friday we will finish and display all of our products for the week in a buffet and then be graded.

To finish our chocolate cakes we added the shaped nougatine, a triangle of feullitine, and caramelized hazelnuts and almonds. As a final touch, we tied a yellow ribbon around the cake, as our chef said, “Because the customers, they love it.”

Our chef seemed happy, so I guess it was a good week!
